Rooted in Punjab's pantry
31 North is the latitude that runs through Ferozepur — and through generations of Punjabi kitchens where the day began with someone stirring a pot over a slow flame.
Our preserves are made the simple way. Fruit from local growers, real sugar, and time on the stove. No shortcuts or synthetic preservatives. Just small batches, sealed warm.
We started with three jars because we wanted to get them right. More are on the way — pickles, chutneys, and seasonal relishes drawn from the same Punjabi pantry we grew up around.
